Informative and friendly without being pushy, Frankie let me ask all my questions and look at many different models to make sure that I had the vehicle that suited both what I needed and wanted. His patience was truly unlimited! Jake and Jasper in finance were able to work magic and I was able to get what I needed with terms I could handle. They gave me true piece of mind! When I picked up my car Youssef was the icing on the cake. He was very well informed about my vehicle and for the first time ever I felt that I really wouldn't need to read the manual but use it more for reference. I also appreciated the little things he went over like how and where to go for service. Overall everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was amazing and you receive a true sense of pride from them. The sales and service staff are friendly and warm, never giving me that 'victim of a sales pitch' feeling. Arif worked hard to find the perfect vehicle that would suit me and my family under the constraints of time and budget. Youssef was incredibly patient when I picked up my vehicle, explaining all the bells and whistles, never giving me the feeling that he was rushed or didn't have time. Unfortunately, as a single female (even in this day and age!), I have had countless negative experiences with dealerships, mechanics and service departments, often having to keep my guard up and my defence on. It is so GREAT to find a place I trust and would recommend whole heartedly. AND...I l am enjoying my Rogue. More

He was persistent without being obnoxious or pushy - very much the kind of salesman I wish to work with! He respected our budget, and didn't try to push stuff on us that we didn't want - merely explored options and had great information. Jake in Finance was just as awesome, giving us good information without being pushy with regards to our options for warranty and the like. No tricks, no "if you don't do this you'll regret it", just excellent information. Youssef was the fellow who handed us off the car, as well as some final prep on it before we got it. He did some very nice little touches - pre-setting the FM radio bands to actual, proper Calgary channel, as well as a couple excellent tips for "first time new car owners". Everyone we dealt with at Fish Creek was awesome, and I've already told several friends to poke their head in when they're next looking for a car. More
