*** UPDATE *** 03/09/22 So apparently the managers have been made aware of my dissatisfaction and lack of service but still have failed to act or even respond to the situation. So to the current and have been made aware of my dissatisfaction and lack of service but still have failed to act or even respond to the situation. So to the current and potential future customers of FCN even though you may be receiving good or acceptable service - ask yourself this, how will you be treated when you end up receiving less then satisfactory service? Will they step up to the plate? Or just ignore you and hope you go away? I know the answer to my questions. *********************************** 02/28/22 Great service from Andy Miller in the used car department. Unfortunately that is where the great service ended. Purchased used vehicle with agreement they would fix the faulty power passenger mirror. 1) On vehicle pickup day was told they need a new wiring harness for the mirror - schedule a service for when it was available. But in addition to power mirror not working, the power window stopped working - no big deal they will fix it when I drop it off when the wiring harness is in. 2) Service Visit 1: Dropped vehicle off and was called within 45 minutes indicating wrong harness was ordered. However now the mechanic felt it was ok to leave no harness attached and now I had no power mirrors , power windows or power locks on the passenger side. Was told the correct harness would take 5 weeks to order. 5 weeks comes and goes, nobody calls. I call to follow up and they tell me the harness is no longer in production. So when was anybody going to tell me about it and do something to resolve the issue? They sourced a used harness - booked appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. 3) Service Visit 2: Showed up to drop the vehicle off and was told there was no loaner vehicle AND they couldn't shuttle me to my work place because it was too far. After I made a little stink about it, a loaner vehicle became available. Get a call close to end of day - vehicle is ready but the mirror still doesn't work, they need to order a mirror. Told it would be available in 2 days. A week passes and nobody calls. Again I call to follow up. Service Agent says he is just getting caught up and will call me back. 4 hours later, no call back. I call again, service agent and I quote "I was just about to call you". Sure. Booked an appointment to get mirror installed 4) Service Visit 3: Dropped off vehicle and waited for it this time. Get vehicle back, all is fixed.....did quick test and rushed to work. After work, I checked everything more thoroughly and guess what, my window now only goes down 1/3 of the way. Disappointed. I checkout and clean the mirror from snow and slush and realize it is NOT even the same color as my vehicle and the housing on it is cracked and glued together. Why on earth would they think that a non matching color, cracked mirror housing would be acceptable! For something that should have been included as repaired as per purchase agreement, I sure ended up paying for it by taking time off work to visit the service center so many times and it still isn't even fixed. In fact I would say it is worse off then when I test drove it and agreed to purchase it. At this point I'm done with Fish Creek Nissan. I see other 4-5 star reviews but my experience has been awful. Blue mirror on black car - Looks ok to me right? WTH! So now I'm going to just get it repaired elsewhere myself and at my own cost - Thanks FCN! More

I have just purchased a used Mercedes Benz from Fish Creek Nissan with Mohammad Khan as the Sales Consultant. Mohammad went the extra mile in assisting me with the purchase of this vehicle and I would n Creek Nissan with Mohammad Khan as the Sales Consultant. Mohammad went the extra mile in assisting me with the purchase of this vehicle and I would not hesitate in doing business there again. Mohammad transported me to and from the LRT station on two occasions and also made an extra trip in filling up the fuel tank for me as per our prior agreement. The handover process was also done professionally despite the "Used" status of my vehicle. More
Just purchased a used car from this dealership with Mohammad Khan as our sales consultant. It was a painless experience. Mohammad was friendly and knowledgeable, called us back when he said he would, a Mohammad Khan as our sales consultant. It was a painless experience. Mohammad was friendly and knowledgeable, called us back when he said he would, and didn't pressure us into buying (admittingly something I wasn't expecting). He explained all the documentation including being up front about all the recalls related to the car (which were resolved). When we picked up the car we were met with another associate (sorry, his name is escaping me) who was knowledgeable about the car, showed us the vehicle's operation and features, and answered our questions (again I was expecting a 'here's the manual, figure it out yourself' - I know, I have trust issues). Highly recommend. More
Own an 2016 Titan diesel with 125000kms - still under warranty. The DEF system froze up again @ -24C!! Second time in 2 years!! This time I was moving from AB to BC, pulling a boat. Truck will go into li warranty. The DEF system froze up again @ -24C!! Second time in 2 years!! This time I was moving from AB to BC, pulling a boat. Truck will go into limp mode after 300kms. I frantically called Fish Creek (where I bought the truck) trying to find service. The Manager LAUGHED at my situation!! I had to leave my truck in Calgary at Brasso, rented a U-Haul $700 to get back home, with my 2 sons, on Vancouver Island for Christmas. Will cost $1000 to put the truck on a carrier to get it home. What a disaster!!! Why doesn't Nissan figure out how to correct the DEF problem!! Nissan needs to step up and cover my costs!! If I could give Fish Creek a ZERO rating.... I would!! This is the 3rd time I've had issues with this dealership, with this truck!! More
They sold us a Jeep charging $300 for their so called inspection. Next day there was oil on garage floor. Oil pan rusted out and needs replacing, got a quote for $850. They said they would send us a cheq inspection. Next day there was oil on garage floor. Oil pan rusted out and needs replacing, got a quote for $850. They said they would send us a cheq. But they never sent it and now just giving us a runaround. Never hear back from them. Oil leak is environmental and yet they passed it through their so called $300 inspection. Gonna call Amvic soon.
