Very poor customer service, they push, push and push. I caught them in two lies and they could not come up with an answer. Stay away from this dealership. There " WORD" or "HAND SHAKE" means nothing. All they are looking for is to get that the commission chq sooner DO NOT DEAL OR BUY FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

He was very professional in his approach but we were still uncertain if things were legit because of previous responses. We can definitely confess Seif is 100% Legit and works for Fish Creek Nissan. During our process Seif explained he was a used vehicle buyer and was offering a fair price and would pickup the vehicle if we agreed to the offer. We came to an agreement (way better than Trade in Value) Today Seif arrived as he stated he would, within 10 minutes he was satisfied our vehicle was what we advertised and paperwork was finalized and we had the Dealership cheque in hand for the Agreed Amount. I still can’t believe how easy, professional & honest Seif made this transaction! I would recommend anyone with a nice used vehicle wanting to avoid the stress of trying to negotiate a trade let Seif and Fish Creek Nissan try buying outright. Had a Verbal agreement with GM-Mike Brown & Pre-owned Manager Youssef Abdellatif (who was going to throw in rims and new winter tires) to purchase a vehicle for my daughter subject to a Vehicle Inspectio Manager Youssef Abdellatif (who was going to throw in rims and new winter tires) to purchase a vehicle for my daughter subject to a Vehicle Inspection by my mechanic. First they tell me that the tires and rims would not fit the vehicle. Was waiting on Salesperson Roshan Paudel about the date and time for the inspection. He emails me the next morning that the vehicle was sold to someone else the same day that he was supposed to get back to me. Then he offered to help me with another vehicle! When I texted and emailed the GM he did not respond. Do NOT deal with this team. Their word means nothing. More

I will tell my friends and family to stay FAR away from this dealership as they sold us a used Hyundai deemed unsafe to drive just weeks later by a Hyundai dealership. This is after bringing to Fish Creek this dealership as they sold us a used Hyundai deemed unsafe to drive just weeks later by a Hyundai dealership. This is after bringing to Fish Creek Nissan's attention of various managers that the SAME DAY we drove it off their lot that we were experiencing full loss of power at unexpected times (we almost got into 2 accidents due to this). After the second incident and no care or concern of our safety from Fish Creek Nissan , we didnt feel safe to drive the car any longer and brought it to a local Hyundai dealership. This is now a cost of $1,700 for a VERY OBVIOUS clutch that needed to be replaced + the cost of a rental car. We have asked Fish Creek Nissan to cover this cost as their LICENSED technician signed off on the Mechanical Fitness Assessment before selling the car to us but failed to note this obvious safety concern - we have yet to hear back from any manager. Fish Creek Nissan will obviously try to cut corners anywhere possible with your safety as the trade-off and not care about it. Note: Our Salesman who doesn't deserve any recognition for this poor review is Andy Miller. He is AMAZING. This dealership is incredibly lucky to have him. He was the only one that would check in but unfortunately, can't do anything more about our issue, he did everything he could. More

Ali Nader sold us a car last year and it turned out to be the biggest piece of crap. There is no way they did know the issues the vehicle had. We have taken it to the actual dealership and this car does not the biggest piece of crap. There is no way they did know the issues the vehicle had. Wish I could give 0 stars if I could, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Went in for a heated steering wheel check up as I noticed my heating steering wheel isn’t quite working well, the service advisor Casey S DEALERSHIP. Went in for a heated steering wheel check up as I noticed my heating steering wheel isn’t quite working well, the service advisor Casey Stoop, told me that they need to keep the vehicle for a few hours to check so I agreed but I did mention that my vehicle (2018 Murano) is under warranty and that I don’t need to pay for anything if they do the check up today. Few hours later he texts me and says that they did not find any issue , but they are charging me $200 for the diagnostic. They are untruthful and insisted that I agreed to pay at the end which was never agreed or based on signing the paper work. When I insisted that no one brought to my attention that there could be any charges involved, I asked him for the proof of signed document or agreement that I agreed to pay the dealership, however, he said that there is no paperwork on that and it was a 'kind of a verbal agreement'... what a pathetic excuse.. for not being transparent and not doing your job properly. Casey then turned his back on me as I was talking, called the manager and said he can't handle me. Manager was sitting in his office without a mask, yes without a mask.. shouting at me saying 'come to the office, come over here' then when I refused, he came to the front desk, again without pulling up his mask when he is facing me and talking to me. He did not bother apologizing or anything. Overall disgusting service and staff, wanting to charge me for a problem they did NOT find. If I would have known in the head of time that there is a chance that I would have to pay $200 for this assessment, I would have never left my vehicle there in the first place. Do not waste your time coming here. More
