Worst Service you'll ever experience I bought a Titan in 2007. Fish Creek threatened to void my warranty every time I was in. I called at 2 and was told that the car was not even in the shop yet. Arthur did not smile or greet me when I arrived. Was very dry with me and did not give me any feeling of being welcomed. The waiting area is tiny and really cramped. I will not be going back there. More

Andy went the extra mile!! I went to Fish Creek looking for a winter SUV. After starting my test drive with a Murano, then an Infiniti, I found the BMW that I wound up buying. I went to Fish Creek looking for a winter SUV. After starting my test drive with a Murano, then an Infiniti, I found the BMW that I wound up buying. The initial visit lasted close to 3 hours with Andy being very knowledgeable about all 3 vehicles. He also went out of his way to get the winter tires installed for me and registration for the vehicle. All and all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Andy to anyone visiting Fish Creek Nissan. More

During the buying process, Andy explained every step to us in easy to understand language and did not pressure us to make any decisions if we were uncomfortable or needed more information. Financing was easy to arrange and Jake addressed all my questions, and I had a lot, with great answers and never made me feel rushed. Andy and Jake ensured everything went perfectly for the pick up of the car as well. It was by far the best experience we have had buying a car and we have been very happy with the Subaru! More

He did everything but stand on his head to make sure we found the perfect vehicle. He is friendly, courteous, honest and great to speak with about the features and/or concerns of any vehicle you are interested in. Thanks Andy!! Our only downside experience was actually with Finance as our bank offered us a much much lower interest rate that they (Nissan) wouldn't match or even attempt to negotiate. We will only finance there for a minimum time period before we switch it out to a rate almost 4% less. More
