I take my car in for its seasonal tire exchanges, storage and servicing. They are friendly, timely, efficient process when you drop off. Have owned a Nissan and been going to this dealership for 20 years. Unfortunately when it comes to service they don’t take care of you and try to maximize profits. Had a service quote from Kal-Tire but went 20 years. Unfortunately when it comes to service they don’t take care of you and try to maximize profits. Had a service quote from Kal-Tire but went with Nissan as it was just a tad more, or so I thought. When all was said and done it was $350 more. A $100 disposal fee got tacked on out of nowhere that they tried to say they explained beforehand. Yeah no. Then they tried to justify charging for 4 hrs labour when Kal-tire was only 1.8 hrs, then they said a journeyman mechanic was working on my car so they had to charge more at $210/hr…Oh and this was after they apparently gave me a 10% discount. What a rip off. Do not get service from them, even as a loyal customer for decades they will screw you for as much money as they can. More
