Well-oiled Machine! When my vehicle of 8+ years finally had to be retired, I knew the place I had to go was back to Finch Hyundai. My wife had purchased a new car in September of 2015 and we received great service then as well as now. We did research and we knew what we wanted, and since there was a fantastic sale, we were able to get the new vehicle we wanted hassle free and very, very quickly - especially good when needing to replace a broken down vehicle. Chase was great, as we had dealt with him in September and he walked us through our options and told us all we needed to know about the vehicle we were interested in. We also worked with Abby with our last purchase and she was attentive, professional and assisted us with all of our needs, letting us know the benefits of some additional products we may have forgotten about. I was thrilled with the service I received at Burlington Hyundai and assumed I would receive the same quality of service when I moved to London. Since I have started bringing my vehicles (both Hyundai) to finch it seems I drive away with more wrong with my car than when I brought it there. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable but the way business is conducted is auto opus. More

The dealership is clean and runs really well (plus, they bake fresh cookies every day!), the staff are all friendly and approachable, and the service department is fantastic.
