2014 Santa Fe Sport So I hate buying cars, new or used, for the soul reason being, I don't like dealing with sales people...lol. There is always way to much pressure make So I hate buying cars, new or used, for the soul reason being, I don't like dealing with sales people...lol. There is always way to much pressure make a snap decision and I don't work that way...leave me alone and let me make my own mind up, if I want the car I'll buy the car. That being said, Tom Martin was the opposite of every sales man I have ever dealt with. We talked about what I wanted, and he listened....at no point at all did I feel any pressure to pounce on the car I was looking at, because "it'll be gone fast". He worked quickly with me, came in on his day off to broker the deal, and got me a fair trade for my old vehicle. When it came time to closing Jameel Fayad was just as awesome! I told him I wasn't interested in any add ons or extra warranties and he was cool with that, and we didn't waste each others time with stuff I didn't care about. I will for sure send people to Finch if someone ask me where they should go, and when the time comes, I'll likely go back! All in all...best experience I have ever had buying a car....Thanks Tom for all your you did...I love my new (used) car!!! More

Amazing customer service After going to many dealerships in London and feeling like I was being treated like a stupid girl when asking questions, I ended up at Finch Hyundai. After going to many dealerships in London and feeling like I was being treated like a stupid girl when asking questions, I ended up at Finch Hyundai. I was greeeted right away by Ashley who took me into her office and showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for at the prices I was looking for. Then we talked numbers and she exceeded my expectations for payment and beat out every competitors prices. After my husband and I decided to purchase the car from Ashley we were happy to also be treated amazingly by the finance department and service department. Honestly I will be back to see Ashley at Finch next year when our other car lease is up. More
