Liars, unresponsive, don’t care about their costumers, bad experience, not recommended, rude, unprofessional. Such a bad experience! They just care about selling cars but not if you have any issues. The service department at this dealership is unresponsive. I’ve received no courtesy calls or text updates in four days running. Such inattention is irresponsible snd unprofessional. The Hyu unresponsive. I’ve received no courtesy calls or text updates in four days running. Such inattention is irresponsible snd unprofessional. The Hyundai Tuscon I’ve owned for one year, was brought in for fuel/ignition service 5 days ago. Today after an hour of unanswered calls, we learned that ‘the parts have been ordered’. No courtesy car was available on Thursday or Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday, or Monday, or Tuesday… and none will be available tomorrow. Now without my car for nearly a week, I’ve had to move back home so that I can get a ride to and from work. Customer service is non-existent for what I trust will be a warrantied repair work. More

First visit Nov 1 and a five star start. Thumbs up to the shuttle car guy, the car prep guy and Zach who was our service advisor. Really nice dealership. I've bought 3 cars through this dealership now. Even though they were used cars - the cars and the engine were beautifully cleaned up and running nic I've bought 3 cars through this dealership now. Even though they were used cars - the cars and the engine were beautifully cleaned up and running nice at sale. Hodifa was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and Sean Fitzpatrick is a great guy, and an absolute pro - so it was a real treat to get to work with Sean this round as well. Sean got me a little bit more for my trade in, which definitely helps in the times we're in - and he set me up with 4 free oil changes, which I thought was awesome. All and all, top marks for these pros. I feel like I'm in good hands when I go to this dealership. More
