I discussed with him the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific about my wants, and Fred worked extremely hard to assist me, and accommodate me which I thought went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for. I had done a lot of Internet research; however, Fred added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle, and how things worked. Fred was extremely patient with me and I never once felt pressured. I would have to say this was my best car purchasing experience, (which I have purchased new BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac, Dodge), and for the first time I actually felt that I walked away with a great amount of knowledge and a super deal, with the exact Jeep I was looking for. By the end of our dealings, Fred feels more like a trusted brother than someone only wanting to sell me a vehicle.
