I stopped in at Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because of a very impressive pickup they had on display. It was then that Josh Parkinson approached me on the lot. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He really listened to what I wanted, which I had not experienced from any other dealership up to that point. Josh was excellent at getting things moving without being pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Josh, along with the Finch team, were very professional and efficient in how they dealt with me. I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly, confidently, and in a friendly manner. The incentives at Finch make a new truck affordable. Also, they were extremely fair with my trade in value, and I had done my research! In the end, I traded my 2005 Ford F150 in for a 2014 Dodge Ram Sport and I couldn't be happier! I love my new truck and have already spread the word to friends and family about my very positive experience. More

John was able to show us a van that was exactly what we were looking for and offered many discounts!!! I also found Greg to be very informative with the financing end of things and a pleasure to deal with. When I was unsure if I was making the right choice Zack the sales manager contacted me and went over many options and was very patient in dealing with my many questions. In the end John was 100% right in the van he showed us. He had listened to everything we told him we wanted in a van and he was right on point. I discussed with him the various options that I wanted on the vehicle. I was very specific about my wants, and Fred worked extremely hard to assist me, and accommodate me which I thought went well above and beyond in finding what I was looking for. I had done a lot of Internet research; however, Fred added to my information by being extremely detailed about the various options on the vehicle, and how things worked. Fred was extremely patient with me and I never once felt pressured. I would have to say this was my best car purchasing experience, (which I have purchased new BMW, Mercedes, Pontiac, Dodge), and for the first time I actually felt that I walked away with a great amount of knowledge and a super deal, with the exact Jeep I was looking for. By the end of our dealings, Fred feels more like a trusted brother than someone only wanting to sell me a vehicle.
