I am always leary about being taken advantage of when it comes to making purchases but not with Gerry. He makes you feel extremely welcome and at ease as soon as you sit down across from him. His calm demeanor about him and the amount of knowledge he had related to my questions put me at an immediate ease. Gerry was able to tell me about all of the great deals at Finch that were currently happening and was able to get me a great deal for my car. Richard Litt was great to deal with in the finance office. Explained things well and made sure I had an extended warranty that is right for me. Overall the experience at Finch was phenomanal.
