Well, the experience my wife and I had buying a car can be summarized as being exceptionally easy, relaxing and a true pleasure. We stopped in after hours to browse (2 hours after the dealership closed on a Saturday). One of the sales managers , Chris Ouellette, was still there working. He asked us if we had been looked after and we said no. After informing us the dealership had closed he took the time to answer our questions. Great customer service! The following Monday we went back and he looked after us with no pressure. Cars we selling fast that day as the one we thought we were going to put an offer on just sold. Not to worry, a even better car was shown to us and we secured a very fair deal. From there, the customer service and carrying has been well noted throughout the entire dealership. Our first stop was the Finch dealership and it ended up being our only stop. Just as that overwhelming feeling of car "hunting" started to kick in we were fortunate enough to be introduced to Andrew Bartha. His friendly, relaxed demeanour quickly made us feel at ease. After a brief discussion about vehicle preferences and requirements Andrew had us test driving and assessing SUV's for suitability. We finally made the decision to purchase a 2015 Terrain and couldn't be happier. With Andrew's attention to detail and customer satisfaction, we were able to pick our truck up a couple days later , just in time to drive to North Bay for our daughter's graduation.
