Not only did they provide the service, they remedie I am from NY and was visiting family here. I needed service on my new vehicle and went to Finch. Not only did they provide the service, they remedied a recall that I didn't know about and even washed my SUV! The staff is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom, service areas and waiting room are clean and comfortable and snacks are provided. This is going to be "my" dealership from now on. I don't remember the names of everyone that helped me, but I will say literally all of the staff I encountered was able to answer my questions and was readily helpful. More
