Our Experience with Purchase of our new vehicle My wife and I got Craig's name from our financial adviser and I'm glad we did.We went in and saw Craig and he was nothing short of awesome with us.He My wife and I got Craig's name from our financial adviser and I'm glad we did.We went in and saw Craig and he was nothing short of awesome with us.He found us a vehicle best suited for our needs and that was a 2017 Buick Encore.Took it for a test drive and it did not disappoint.Craig told us all about the vehicle and Buick's reputation as we had never owned owned one in the past.He got us as much as he could for our trade in which was a 2003 Tracker.We went with the rust proofing,paint protection and interior protection.When the vehicle was ready to pick up,he sat in the vehicle with us and explained absolutely every function in the vehicle and hooked us up with OnStar as well.Over all it was a great expeirence and Craig went above and beyond to accomodate us with our every need.As it turned out,we were just in there this past week as our daughter needed a new vehicle and drove away with a 2017 GMC Terrain which she absolutely loves.
