The service we received at the dealership was fancier than the car. The way Ali took care of us as customers from the search to the sale and even during a recent repair the car needed, was really amazing. We felt as though we were friends (we are friends!) but it's as though he was buying the car with us. It was as though the car was his! 3 weeks later the car had a few things that needed to be sorted out. As a customer I stomped back to Ford expecting some tension and excuses about I don't know what. Instead I was treated like a VIP! They took my car and made sure that I wasn't left without one. So like any situation similar to this one the customer gets a rental car. The rental shop was closed and I didn't have a car! Was Ieft standing? No! They fetched around until they got me a car to use until I mine was fixed. It was over all a great experience. We booked the visit on-line and arrived on the Sunday to meet Dave (on his day off) and he was amazing to talk to and deal with. After a test drive and some serious discussions they made us an offer that we couldn't pass on. The paperwork was simple, everything was discussed and open and we had finished the deal before we knew it. Took delivery 3 days later and again, just as easy and Dave took the time to go through the truck with us again before we left to ensure we were comfortable with it. He was unbelievably patient with all of our questions, courteous to the extreme, and bent over backwards to do everything he could for us. There was never ever a hint of pressure or urging us to buy, it was nothing but straightforward honesty and friendliness. Not only did we get exactly the car we wanted at a price better than we had hoped for, both my wife and I left feeling we had made a new friend in Toronto, and we told Ali so. In point of fact, we actually made two new friends. We were from out of province and to help us with shipping and other details Ali introduced us to Nick Palalas, Director of Marketing and Sales at Erinwood Ford. Nick was equally wonderful and worked with Ali to sort out all of the out-of-province licensing, shipping, sales tax, etc. You name it, they did everything they could for us to make it an enjoyable experience.
