The reception, from Catherine at the front door (who addressed me by name days later upon another visit), to meeting and dealing with both Matt, Brad Cruickshank and Nick Palalas during the purchasing decision to dealing with the Sr. Financial Services Manager Carol Buckwald far surpassed my expectations. Salesperson Graham Townsend is terrific! First off I have to mention that although Erinwood Ford is a "Ford" dealership, it sells gently used cars of all different makes and models. In fact, we were looking to buy a Chrysler product and were absolutely thrilled to deal with Salesman Graham Townsend. Word of mouth (and honest reviews) are in my opinion the best way to "shop" for a car dealer. Graham Townsend was recommended to me by my Sister-In-Law whose husband had made a previous purchase with Graham. She was extremely happy with him and so we decided to contact him ourselves. Graham found us exactly the car we were looking for. A 2012 Chrysler 200 with less than 35,000 kilometers on it. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable price and to secure financing for us. Due to the fact that both myself and my husband work shift work, timing and dealer availability is often a problem for us. Not so with Graham working for us. He was able to accommodate our unique hours and we were able to pick up the car at our convenience. Graham is not only professional, he is also an extremely nice and genuine person. Not once did we feel pressured or as if he was giving us the hard sell. He answered every question we had promptly and completely. He offered complete transparency which is not only rare, but is also genuinely appreciated. This is not really a review of Erinwood Ford, it is a review of Salesman: Graham Townsend. The reason I say this is because if he were ever to work somewhere else, we would seek him out there when we are ready to make our next car purchase. I cannot stress strongly enough how terrific Graham is and I highly recommend giving him a call the next time you are looking to purchase a vehicle - no matter what brand or model you are looking for. When we picked up the vehicle it was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. Although the vehicle is technically three years old, it looks and drives like it just rolled off the assembly line. In closing, if you are looking for a professional, fast and reliable car salesman you cannot go wrong with Graham Townsend. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. More
