Great experience deading with Erinwood Ford. Thanks Addy I first called Erinwood Ford to talk with a Sales Representative about purchasing a new truck. I contacted a few dealerships in my area and they didn' I first called Erinwood Ford to talk with a Sales Representative about purchasing a new truck. I contacted a few dealerships in my area and they didn't make me feel like they had time to help me with my inquiries. So I called Erinwood, I was transferred to a Sales Rep, Addy Seth and he was so professional and nice and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. So I took the drive to Mississsauga from Pickering, met with Addy and purchased the truck I wanted. A brand new F-150 4x4. Addy is so down to earth but yet continued to focus on me his customer and never treated me like a number. I picked my truck up a coupe days later, all squeaky clean and he took the time to walk me through all the features and set up my blue tooth and again never rushed me out of the door. I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted but my sales representative Dave, actually took the time and questioned me about my wants and needs. I test drove 4 different vehicles over the 2 visits I decided on the Ford Edge. Interestingly enough, after going over all the features of the vehicle, I was the one to ask him if I could buy the truck. No pressure at all. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and reassuring and I have to say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle in my life. I would like to thank Dave Giovanni and the rest of the staff at Erinwood Ford who helped make this experience a memorable one. More
