Very positive experience Addy Seth went above and beyond the typical salesman SOP. First, when my wife dropped me off to finalize the deal, Addy gave me a ride back to Erin Mi Addy Seth went above and beyond the typical salesman SOP. First, when my wife dropped me off to finalize the deal, Addy gave me a ride back to Erin Mills in Nick's Mustang 5.0 convertible! (sweet ride!) After that I forgot to give him the ownership for my trade in so he picked it up from work the following day! As for the sales transaction, overall it was a very good experience, I got to test drive several vehicles with different options without any hassle. Once I got that down, negotiating was positive as well as they were willing to help me out of my lease (pretty early too, 10 months in a 48 month lease). Financial department didn't push me on any extra warranty or protection options as I didn't want any. Quick and easy financial review and application. Delivery was also quick with Addy again helping me take out my stuff from my trade in and making sure to double check if I left anything in the car. The new car I was picking up was parked right at the door, very clean all ready to go. Overall very positive experience, happy with the deal I was able to get and was able to take advantage of the Ford employee pricing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family More
