I was shopping for a 7 passenger vehicle so I went to Honda & Toyota also but they did not offer the features which Ford Explorer has and they were offering me 2015 and I had to wait 3 months for 2016 model year. Sales knows how to treat the Customer I've had many dealings over the years with various dealerships as my loyalty to manufacturers has not been the best. I cannot say enough about the service at Erinwood. two gentlemen and my followup service team for oil changes etc has been not only outstanding but has left me wondering why more people don't care enough about the customer to help us like Erinwood Ford does. Lem 2013 and Chevon Jackson 2015 have sold me both of 2 F150s. Both are still there and I can't say enough about them.
