Goodbye Caliber..HELLO Escape!!! I went into Erinwood Ford feeling scared and nervous. I'd been driving my Caliber for 8 years..and it was on it's last legs. This was the longest car I went into Erinwood Ford feeling scared and nervous. I'd been driving my Caliber for 8 years..and it was on it's last legs. This was the longest car I've ever owned! That's when I met Martin Menzies..for the first time. He was such a calming influence! When we had talked earlier, I was maybe looking at a Focus..maybe used.. He already had a good idea of who I was, and what I'd like. He was SO right!! I got in the Escape, and it was like a light went on! I LOVE this vehicle!! I didn't want to stop driving it on the test drive!! We took out a Focus after..but I was already dizzy from the beautiful drive in that Escape! Then, came the hard part: the negotiations. I was so nervous, I almost threw up! Again..Martin said all the right things that just made me relax..and smile!! We talked terms, dollars and driving habits. He got me to focus on all the positives happening..helped me to look at the big picture..and I was able to get the Escape: at a price that was reasonable, and no difficult haggling! Martin took care of EVERYTHING!! Plate transfer, insurance..getting the Escape nice and clean for me. I'm driving it right now..and I can't stop..SMILING!! I have to give a BIG thanks to Erinwood Ford..but it all goes to Martin Menzies!! He was the perfect salesman!! No pressure, very comforting..he did everything that I asked..and made this experience (which I thought would be stressful) enjoyable. Also, Erinwood Ford was a very good looking dealership! Clean..well kept.. The staff were very friendly; they all seemed to like their jobs and where they were. It was like they were a family! I'm looking forward to seeing the new look of the dealership when they get the construction done! I was SO impressed with Erinwood Ford! I will recommend Martin to all of my friends and family! The reason for this was that I had heard all the radio commercials with satisfied customers and I started looking at the prices as well. Put great pricing together with customer service and I don't think that you have to go anywhere else. My sales rep was Dave Grittani and he did a great job going through everything with me, from options to models and test drives, even though I drove him insane in the process. This was definitely the best vehicle buying experience I've had. It's no wonder why that they are rated #1 in customer service. Thanks Dave. More

Amazing mechanic and servic I stopped in to service shop just before they were going to close as I was having a major issue with my truck vibrating. The mechanic named Brian silv I stopped in to service shop just before they were going to close as I was having a major issue with my truck vibrating. The mechanic named Brian silva and a car salesman named George hill came out to assist me. They took there time and made sure they figured out what was wrong. They figured out it was the tires and the alignment. They advised me I needed new tires asap as one the tires could blow at anytime. They were very honest and recommended I get a less expensive set of tires that were actually better quality them the original tires which I was going to re order. They saved me a lot of money and the mechanic did an amazing job with the installation and alignment. It drives better then new:) More

The difference in this dealership over anywhere else I have purchased a car from is that they make no secret of wanting to get you into one of their cars but help you make the best decision possible based on your finances and needs.
