A Ford Escape was the car I was interested in, and with their help (and a few test drives,) I was pointed to the Escapes that were available, were what I desired, within my pay range. Seeing as this was my first car (ever), it was really nice to feel at ease and in good hands. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and honestly, and I was welcomed at anytime to contact the dealership for support. Would definitely recommend the community to go to this dealership - great selection, great service! More

He gave me all the information I needed without giving me a used car sales pitch. He simply said it is a very good car and he would do his best to get me a reasonable price. Truck Yeah! My parents bought an Escape from Erinwood Ford a couple years ago, and they had a fantastic experience. Their salesman at the time was Martin Menzies. My parents bought an Escape from Erinwood Ford a couple years ago, and they had a fantastic experience. Their salesman at the time was Martin Menzies. When it came time to look for a vehicle for myself, I naturally went back to Erinwood, and asked to speak to Martin. Earlier this summer, I was looking for a lightly used F-150. I had a few options in mind that I required, and couldn’t find anything that fit my needs. We met with Martin, who tried to locate something for us, but he had completely exhausted all options (both at his dealership, and across the dealer network). I wasn’t willing to compromise on what I needed, and he knew that. That’s when Mark Maguire, who works with Martin, suggested I take a look at buying new. Martin walked me through the options, and while looking, reminded me that Ford’s Employee Pricing program was on. So, we started to build and price - everything I wanted in my truck. After looking at all trim levels and options, I decided on a 2105 F-150 SuperCrew 4X4 Lariat with the Sport appearance package, and the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. I told him I needed a couple days to weigh out some options (whether or not I wanted power deployable running boards, and a few other minor details), and he said, “No problem Craig. I’ll be here.” A few days later, I gave him a call with my decision on options, and he got the ball rolling with the ordering process. Fast forward 6 weeks, and my factory order was in. I picked up my new truck yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier. I would like to thank Martin, who went above and beyond for me and my family, to ensure all of our needs were met on the purchase of our new truck. He took care of us from the beginning, and ensured everything from the minute I walked in the door to the pickup of our new vehicle went smoothly. I would also like to thank Mark, who assisted in the ordering process, and offered some great advice on options. The staff at Erinwood Ford truly care for their customers. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and friendly hello. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend giving Martin a call. He truly is Built Ford Tough. More

I purchased a car over the internet for the first time in my life (I'm in my mid forties a My purchasing experience with Erinwood Ford was excellent. I purchased a car over the internet for the first time in my life (I'm in my mid forties and reside in Montreal), and the experience was flawless thanks to salesperson Dave Grittani who orchestrated the whole deal by email and a few phone calls. Dave was more than accommodating: taking extra pictures of the car for me and answering multiple questions about the vehicle. The car in question is a 2015 Mustang convertible (yes do not laugh... my mid life crisis car), so my 13 yr old son and I travelled from Montreal to Mississauga to pick it up, and enjoy a day of dropping the top and cruising back home to Montreal. Dave and the team from Erinwood Ford did a great job delivering the car exactly on time, and it was delivered in one of the most detailed and professional manners possible. My wife and I have owned and taken delivery of several BMWs, Honda's and a VW and the Erinwood Ford purchasing process and Dave's delivery has been my best experience yet. If you are looking for a dealer who pays attention to detail and who will somehow exceed your expectations- don't look further than Erinwood - even if you are not from the Toronto area. Have faith - internet purchasing works. Somehow Dave even managed to schedule a sunny day for the drive home! So mission accomplished- the car delivery was great and I got to spend 6 hours with my son (where he was unplugged from the internet!) during the drive home talking about his plans to drive the Mustang coast to coast in 5 years before he goes to University. My only problem is that since seeing the excitement in my wife's eyes after her driving the Mustang... my seat time in the car has been greatly compromised... More
