Great Crappy Experience! I was looking for a dealership that would value my time & money, and I was so unlucky to find "Erinwood Ford"! They kept my car for 1 month , still n I was looking for a dealership that would value my time & money, and I was so unlucky to find "Erinwood Ford"! They kept my car for 1 month , still not fixed. Service manager is unprofessional, doesn't listen to customers concerns. He doesn't know a thing about cars, total dumb, claims problem is road conditions! What a crappy service! More

Unexpectedly, and despite the time-zone difference we received an email back the very same day and answering all our questions there and then. Today we are the happy owners of a new Ford F-150 truck, and what an experience it has been! We bought our car 11000 Km's away whilst still residing in South Africa - hassle free! We definitely recommend the service of Erinwood Ford, and notably that of Mr. Dave Grittani who has been steering things in the right direction for us right up to the point of driving away happy with our new vehicle. I was shopping for a 7 passenger vehicle so I went to Honda & Toyota also but they did not offer the features which Ford Explorer has and they were offering me 2015 and I had to wait 3 months for 2016 model year.
