As part of the conversation he asked us what specific car we were looking to purchase. It was not a Ford but he said he may be able to help us. He spoke to Director of Sales , Nick Palalas. By the time we left the dealership they had found us the vehicle we wanted and took ours in trade. As it turned out the person that owned the car we purchased ended up purchasing our trade-in. It took a while but they made it happen and ended up with multiple satisfied customers. It was a great experience from the time we arrived until we had our purchase. Having been a Ford driver all my life it was naturally the first place I went. We were greeted instantly and were asked by several people what brought us in. After walking around looking outside and seeing the vehicles in the showroom we were introduced to Lem, not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgable. He took the time to run numbers and options for us on multiple models, and never once did we feel pressured to buy then and there. In fact he encouraged us to take a look and compare with competitors, he believes in Fords product that much. After seeing what was available we called Lem to make arrangements on Thursday to start the paperwork. My wife and I were amazed that he came in outside of his normal hours to help us out. Needless to say, I would recommend Lem and the staff at Erinwood Ford for anyone looking for a new car More

He was amazing and at no point did I feel like i was being pressured into a sale or into a car that wasn't fit for myself and my family. He gave his honest opinion and was overall amazing! When I first arrived at the dealership I wasn't sure as to what car I was looking for. I have never bought a vehicle through a dealership before, and was not sure as to what steps to take to find the one for me. Ali assured me that he would help me find the right vehicle even if it meant pointing me in a different direction. I then realized that Ali's main purpose was not making a quick sale, it was about making customers satisfied. With his experience Ali was very patient with me and gave me all the information I needed to pick the perfect vehicle. I never felt rushed or forced into anything from the beginning to the final signing of paperwork. Even though the car has already been purchased Ali still keeps in touch to make sure everything is stellar. You will not find another dealer more passionate and sincere than Ali. Liking my new car. Overall my experience was great. Dave (sales person) very helpful not pushy at all, and really new his stuff. The dealership had an overall friendly atmosphere and they seemed to want to help in any way. The only issue I had, was when we picked up the Explorer the cleaning wasn't great. I didn't notice until I left, as Dave spent a good 45 minutes going over all the options. The tray in the front console had garbage still in it, and the chip in the windshield never got fixed. With that said, I would still recommend Dave and the dealership just take your time before driving off the lot.... More

We were looking at the Ford Fusion 2013 and he brought over the keys to let us see the interior and have a seat in it. When we got in he explained the features and let us take a test drive. After the test drive we were happy with the vehicle and were set to buy it, no sales pressure was put on us which we enjoyed. We went over to Mr. Giovanni's desk and began to discuss the price and additional items. Finally we ended up making a deal and were guiding through the whole process professionally from step 1 to the point where we picked up the car and went home. Mr. Giovanni is by far my favourite car sales representative and I recommend him to everyone. More
