I usually try and purchase locally, however it does not seem to be as cost efficient as it used to be to buy local since the evolution of the internet. I was searching for a new Ford F150 on Ontario dealership websites (Actually spent about 2 days) looking for a specific truck. I came across the Erinwood Ford website. First off it is by far the best Ford Dealership website that I found in Ontario. Erinwood had the truck that I was looking for in stock, I was skeptical about the price as it seemed to low and also there was no administration fee's added to the purchase price. I sent them an email for more information, within 2 hours Dave Grittani called me about the truck and was I impressed, Dave was very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions and there was no pressure at all! There were no gimmicks or hidden fees, the price was as stated on the internet. So I bought the truck that day over the phone and through email. I made arrangements to pick up the truck the next week as the dealership is 350km from were I live. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the F150 and was met by Dave, the fantastic service continued throughout the remaining process and within 1.5 hours I was on the road back home with my new truck. Unreal service, I still can't believe how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership. This is my 8th new vehicle and I have never had such a fantastic buying experience. I will be back to purchase my next truck from Dave and Erinwood in another 12-18 months. More
