The first time we never intended to buy an Escape but we ran into Chevon in the lot and he allowed us to try the vehicle at our own pace and without smothering us so we gave it a chance. We had visited dozens of dealerships and test driven many different of cars but we ended up liking the Escape and left Erinwood a few days later with that exact car we test drove. We loved the car - by the end of the lease the only downside was the fuel economy. We had no feelings of brand or dealership loyalty by the end of the first lease so we visited a number of dealerships and test drove many cars. We began to realize that the C-Max was probably that perfect balance between what we liked in the Escape and wanting better fuel economy. This was exactly what Chevon recommended. He allowed us to try the car out several times in differing weather in what ended up being a long shopping period as we were waiting to try the new Sync 3. Our lease ended before the 2016 C-Max could arrive and Ford delivered the car a month late so Chevon set us up with a temporary car and took care to keep us updated on our new car`s fabrication. The actual purchase was totally painless and was completed in less than an hour. When it comes to the sales department I have nothing negative to say. More

Best Sales Experience I've Had Addy was great in informing me of my options on first arrival. On delivery Addy was great and knowledgable about all the features found in my F150. He also did me a HUGE favour after I drove off the lot with me new truck, he found my keys for me; that I had dropped during the initial excitement of the new vehicle. And ensured they were kept safe until I could retrieve them. The buying environment at Erinwood and with Addy was relaxed with no pressure. Everyone in the office was very friendly with a family atmosphere. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be paying Addy a visit. More

He didn't push, gave me options and when I did find the car that I wanted to purchase, made everything so simple and easy, I can't help but smile when I think about it. With the help of Chris, and Nick, Ali made my entire experience painless and exciting, and made it easy to forget that the whole reason I was there was because of an accident! I can't recommend these guys, or this dealership enough. Professional, courteous and without comparison from start to finish. 5 Stars really doesn't give enough credit to the team I worked with, or the dealership as a whole. I can't imagine I would have been able to find a more helpful, consistent or welcoming group of people anywhere else.
