The sales representative Matthew Nemeth did an excellent job in providing information to the car that I want. He helped me build up the price for the car that I want to get. Since I was a first time buyer, he really gave me an overview of what I'm signing up for. Although there are some features that I did not get like the color that I want but everything went well with Matt. However, the next sales representative (not sure about te name) that assisted us inside the office is not that friendly. He seemed like now that I have agreed to the contract he won't have to be nice to get me to buy the car. Overall, the whole experience was good specially with matt nemeth and I'm looki g forward in doing business with him again. More

The specific person I was referred to was not present however Chris Palalas quickly took good care of me by putting me in Matt Nemeths focused care. He was accommodating, informed and very personable. Rather than spitting words and sales pitches at me he was attentive to my needs and helped me out the best that he could. Even going above and beyond by driving my car back to me upon pick up of my newly purchased vehicle. I bought a Ford Edge from them and have enjoyed it ever since. Thanks erinwood! More
