At a buddy's birthday, we where talking about cars and one of my buddies recommended I go to Erinwood Ford, as he had purchased 2 cars from them. In feburary, I decided to go since I knew what I was looking for; there I met my sales agent Mark. I was very impressed with my experience at Erinwood Ford, everybody is so friendly and cheerful and also very accomodating and respectful of each persons wants. On returning another day, we customised the whole car exactly as I requested; exterior colours, interior colours and features. There was never any pressure to take options I did not want. Mark ordered the exact car I was looking for at a good price, with very little effort on my part. Erinwood Ford also breaks with the tradition of terrible finance office experiences. Robyn the finance rep was very accommodating and made the process a breeze. At Erinwood Ford the the car buying process is amazing. I now have my Mustang and am very happy with it and would gladly recomend Erinwood Ford to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. More

I was looking for a used car and had a tight budget. found few cars online but I am the type of guy who has to see what I am buying first to feel it. I walked into this dealer with a friend and were introduced to Ali. From the first moment it was clear he knew what he was doing. He asked us what's our limits and immediately got to business. When we were confident that we can find the car within our budget Ali relaxed and went into more details about the required car and what are our options. We ended up getting a car better than what we were looking for with a little over the budget and an excellent service and friendly attitude. We also took the 3 years warranty. The last minute cherry on the cake; as we were going; Ali said "wait!" and got some polish and started working on the headlights and made it look as good as new. Ali, you changed my perception of the used-cars-salesman. Thumbs Up !! More

I was treated like family. I had gotten into a car accident and my 2013 Ford Focus SE was totalled. I was then recommended by a friend who had recently gotten a new car from Ironwood Ford so I made my way over to Erinwood Ford and met with Mark Maguire. After spending about an hour listening to my situation, he gave me an offer that was right within my budget. I down drive an all black 2016 Ford Focus Titanium, which is a major upgrade. Mark treated me like family and made sure I drove away in something nice. More
