It's so easy to purchase a car from Erin wood, Graham knows every little details about the Ford products, from setting up the Blue Tooth, to surprises us with a set of winter mats and a beautiful bug deflector everything was perfect. Needless to say Carol Buckwald was amazing in overseeing the financing aspect of the purchase of this beautiful black rocket pocket, or as my wife calls it "Panterita" Little panther in spanish. Bait and switch Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $ Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $750 increase in the cost. A discount they said I would get no longer applied, admin fee of $125 and locking wheel lugs $125 even though these were clearly included with the car as per the sticker. Talked with a manager and he just sent me back to talk with the salesman. The "it's only an extra $5 a month" didn't work on me. These are the old tactics that i thought dealerships had gotten away from. More
