Bait and switch Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $ Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $750 increase in the cost. A discount they said I would get no longer applied, admin fee of $125 and locking wheel lugs $125 even though these were clearly included with the car as per the sticker. Talked with a manager and he just sent me back to talk with the salesman. The "it's only an extra $5 a month" didn't work on me. These are the old tactics that i thought dealerships had gotten away from. More

Took the fear out of buying a new car I have been putting of buying a new car as I hate going to car dealerships. Good experience Recently purchased a 2016 mustang from this dealership. The dealership was unfortunately going through a major renovation when we decided to purchase Recently purchased a 2016 mustang from this dealership. The dealership was unfortunately going through a major renovation when we decided to purchase the car in Nov 2015. That being said the staff did a great job making the most of the situation and were very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. The gold star goes to Chevon Jackson, who from the beginning was a fantastic person to deal with. He let us try about 4 cars in one afternoon and never for once showed any signs of annoyance or applied any pressure to buy. When it came time to buy he once again took his time and merely facilitated a negotiation to a good deal. He constantly kept my updated on the arrival of my car and made sure everything was ready for delivery. At delivery he brought the car into a well lit garage for us to inspect it and he worked very hard to correct the defects we found! Overall Chevon made the process enjoyable actually. Bory was also very helpful and easy to deal with and did not apply any pressure. During negotiations the manager was okay, only dealt with him over the phone, but he was your typical old-school sales guy with a bit of attitude, impatience and a little arrogance (not as bad as many others), but Chevon handled him well in front of me to keep the experience as a whole excellent. More
