My wifes new Mustang Dave Grittani was very helpful right from the first e mail I sent to Erinwood Ford. I am from out of town(almost a 2 hour drive)and Dave answered my questions and we were able to complete most of the deal via e mails and phone calls. When I went to the dealership Dave was ready to meet with me and made it a pleasure to visit and complete the deal. Dave had the car ready to deliver in a couple days and when i showed up to pick up the car everything was ready to go with no problems . Another note ,when they say no other dealer fees they mean it. Thank you for all your help . Good job I like this car more than I thought . It might be too nice for a daily driver. I might have to buy another car for my wife to use as a daily driver? More

Super Dealership with an Outstanding Staff. The experience that we had at this dealership was absolutely outstanding. The local dealership in the Windsor / Chatham area cannot even get close to the quality and friendliness that Erinwood Ford has. Roxy Yeung was absolutely amazing. We found the vehicle in a listing on the internet and Roxy went above and beyond to help accommodate us as we are in Windsor, ON. He kept us completely in the loop at every stage of getting this vehicle, from arranging a test drive to picking up the truck. Nick Palalas and Stewart Honsberger were also a wonderful people to deal with. The only bad thing I can say about this dealership is that they are just too far away from Windsor, ON. for my liking. We will definitely be using Erinwood Ford again for our next vehicle. It was well worth the 3 hour drive. More

Lem knew I only wanted the magnetic colour and personally called me when it was available. Lem was very customer friendly, accommodating and I felt no sales pressure to buy the car. I also got a fair price with no huge dealer mark ups. Buying the car from Lem was a great experience. He even gave me some free Shelby swag. Robyn Barrett in the finance department was also great in getting all the paper work in order. Robyn was very friendly, well organized and made buying the car quick and simple. A pleasant experience After weeks of searching for the right car and not having any great customer service, we decided to stop at Erinwood Ford. We were greeted immediately by Habib who was extremely friendly and eager to assist. He showed us the car we were interested in and made an appointment for us to return the following day for a test drive and a trip to our mechanic, who confirmed the car was in great shape. We returned to Habib and negotiated an agreed-upon price. Our beautiful Ford Fusion was ready for us the next day including brand new mats, free of charge. Habib took the time to show us all the features of the car and we drove away extremely satisfied. Overall we had a terrific experience with Erinwood Ford but Habib really saved the day. He was full of energy and stopped at nothing to make us happy. We would highly recommend Habib and Erinwood Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle...we felt the love! More

We sat down and chatted for 20 minutes about my financ This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was nervous. My sales rep was Mark. We sat down and chatted for 20 minutes about my finances and my needs. He then showed me a used Toyota that was exactly what what I needed. I bought the first car that Mark showed me. After I settled on the car, I was nervous that I would not be able to get financing because of my bad credit. Mark sent me to see Steward who worked with me to find the right plan. Later, Steward took the time to explain my credit history with me and gave me some valuable financial advice that was unrelated to the car. He really understands finance. Overall, everyone at Erinwood Ford went out of their way to make me feel special even though I was only buying a $5500 car. I definitely will be coming back. More
