Wasn't even 5 minutes after the call Orlando(salesman) called back with another vehicle a 2010 Equinox with all the features and at the right price. We went to see it the next day. The vehicle was perfect for her. The car was clean and runs well. Orlando was not to forceful or seemed hungry just to make a sale; wife trusted him right away. We bought the vehicle and picked it up a few days later. We went to a couple of other dealerships looking at vehicles; Nothing like the great service we received from Orlando(Erinwood). I'm sending my sister in law there and I'm going back next year most likely to buy a Navigator as I have one now and ready for a replacement. If anyone reads this post honesty and trust still exists. I had heard some positive feedback about Erinwood Ford in Mississauga so we dropped in to look at and test drive a new Mustang. We were introduced to Mark Maguire, he set up the test drive for us, allowed us to take our time with the car … no pressure, once we got back to the dealership, he spent the necessary time with us to answer all of our questions and inquiries, availabilities of colours, ordering a new car vs. a new car in inventory etc. Mark treated us with respect and honesty, our experience was very pleasant, we ended up purchasing the car from Mark and Erinwood Ford.
