This latest purchase represents the 4th car that we have purchased through VIctor since 2012 and as in the past, Victor made the whole experience very pleasurable. Prior to dealing with Victor, we alwasy found the process of purchasing a car very stressful. That all changed when we bought our first car though Victor and Erinwood. Since then, each time we have dealt with Victor we have come to rely on his honesty, no pressure and relaxed approach to sales. We only deal with Erinwood Ford now wjen a new car is in our future and could not contemplate going elsewhere. Each time Victor, and Nick, have been sympathetic and willing to listen to our automotive needs, desires and budget. We have consistently felt that we have received the most "bang for our buck" when dealing with Victor and Nick. Although we reside in Oakville and there are two Ford dealerships closer to home, we feel it more than worthwhile to travel the extra distance for all the reasons cited above. Over the years we have come to feel that when we go back to see Victor it is similar to a family reunion as much as an opportunity to try out the latest Ford offerings we are interested in, which typically leads to a new car purchase. A trusting sales man, who helps you get the best deal! I currently bought my first Ford car. Due to my hectic work schedule it was really hard for me to find time to get into see the car. Ali from Erinwood Ford , allowed my husband to bring the car home to me to see it and test drive it. He went above and beyond every chance he got, not once was he a pushy sales person, It felt more like a friend recommending a great vehicle. There were few issues with the car that I want to purchase, and Ali made sure that all of them were fixed and that I got a great price. Best ordered car experience I had been looking for a sports car for about a year and was amazed at the performance and design of the 2015 Ford Mustang. At a buddy's birthday, we where talking about cars and one of my buddies recommended I go to Erinwood Ford, as he had purchased 2 cars from them. In feburary, I decided to go since I knew what I was looking for; there I met my sales agent Mark. I was very impressed with my experience at Erinwood Ford, everybody is so friendly and cheerful and also very accomodating and respectful of each persons wants. On returning another day, we customised the whole car exactly as I requested; exterior colours, interior colours and features. There was never any pressure to take options I did not want. Mark ordered the exact car I was looking for at a good price, with very little effort on my part. Erinwood Ford also breaks with the tradition of terrible finance office experiences. Robyn the finance rep was very accommodating and made the process a breeze. At Erinwood Ford the the car buying process is amazing. I now have my Mustang and am very happy with it and would gladly recomend Erinwood Ford to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. More

Buying a preowned Focus I was looking for a Focus Hatchback for our son. Looked on line and found a few at Erinwood, and sent an email to come and see them.
