I asked Martin to price out many different versions of the F150; he was timely in his responses, professional and NEVER pressuring. Each time I'd email or call, Martin remained respectful and positive. He would always say "I'm here for you when you're ready!" Can't honestly say I've experienced this level of quality in any of my previous vehicle purchases. Last week Martin put me into the F150 I wanted. No hard sell, no hidden costs or surprises. I am already leasing an F150 XLT from Erinwood for work and decided to purchase a Lariat I contacted Addy @ Erinwood Ford to purchase an F150 Lariat. I am already leasing an F150 XLT from Erinwood for work and decided to purchase a Lariat for pleasure. I informed Addy that my budget is tight but I need to buy a new truck and I proceeded to give him the details/specifications I wanted in the new truck. Addy is a highly motivated salesman and was like a Pitbull on a porkchop to make this happen for me and my family. He jumped through hoops and broke through walls for me and got me the exact truck that I wanted. Great experience from the team at Erinwood I had done my homework, and knew the vehicle I was after. Erinwood was not the first dealership I visited, but ended up being the last. I had Dave Grittani recommended via an online forum, and was not disappointed. He understood where I was coming from and what I was after, made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and then made the whole process as easy and as simple as possible. He even found that my top choice in colour was already on order with the factory and as a result got me the vehicle earlier than had we needed to do a fresh factory order. Dave is a great guy to deal with and ultimately made what can be a frustrating or stressful experience into something fun. No games or gimmicks. Chris was professional when dealing with my trade-in, I've got no complaints about how it was handled. Adam spent probably more time than intended running over several options with me, was patient in answering my questions, and I never felt pressured.
