To me it felt more as if I was just looking at vehicles with a friend rather than a pushy salesman trying to force me into something or push extras / different cars on me. After my test drive Martin did not ask me if I was going to buy it or when; he just said "let me know when you are ready, and give me a call" I really appreciated this courtesy as many sales people will call and call and follow up and push for results rather than being patient and respectful to their client. When I bought the car he worked really hard along with his colleagues to get the car prepared for me in just 2 days which was awesome. My overall experience with Martin was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Erinwood. More

When looking to purchase this car we had looked around at other dealerships closer to home, but in the end we felt most comfortable going back to Doug. At the other dealerships we felt very pressured, receiving several emails and phone calls after we told them we wouldn't be purchasing on the spot and wanted to see our options. With Doug he waited for us to be ready to purchase, no pressure. He is not pushy and he is well informed, there was not one question that he couldn't answer for me. Doug is very accommodating; staying late to meet our needs. Upon pickup, he took the time to explain all the gadgets in my new car and showed me how to use them.
