First experience was so good, I came back 2 weeks later and bought another new vehicle, and again Lem managed to find a deal that was too good to walk away from. Two weeks, two BRAND NEW cars. First time I have ever bought a car "factory new." Can't believe I got to make the jump to new instead of "nearly new" and very thankful that Lem could help make that happen!! Fantastic Buying Experience Thanks to Dave Grittani and Team This was by far the most enjoyable process I have experienced when shopping for a new vehicle. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT wago This was by far the most enjoyable process I have experienced when shopping for a new vehicle. I was looking for a 2016 Ford Transit Connect XLT wagon and learned through my research that very few were in stock at Ontario dealerships. After finding a configuration similar to what I wanted at Erinwood Ford, I booked a test drive through the website. I feel very lucky that I was connected with Dave Grittani at Erinwood Ford. Dave was very friendly and helpful. He gave me the opportunity to tour the new building and test drive the vehicle of my choice. Dave also made my wife and children feel important, involved, and at ease. It was refreshing to find someone willing to share all of the numbers in an open, honest, and interactive fashion. It felt more like dealing with a friend and trusted advisor than completing a "sales" transaction. On our return visit, several members of the dealership assisted us in test driving the vehicle fully-loaded with seven passengers. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and focused on helping us to make the best purchase decision. When it came time to finalize the financing, Robyn Barrett assisted with information, not high-pressure tactics. She even gave us time to review our options and did not insist that we make a decision on options before leaving her office. As a result of Robyn's approach, we ended up choosing to purchase a Tricare package to protect our new purchase. Delivery went well, as my family reunited with Dave for another visit. We noticed a problem with a rear seat belt assembly that was efficiently rectified by the service staff. When all was said and done, we left the dealership very happy. I would like to extend our thanks to Dave Grittani for his professionalism, kindness, and passion for assisting his customers. It is rare that I choose to recommend businesses to my friends and colleagues; however, I do not hesitate to speak very highly of Dave Grittani and Erinwood Ford.
