I have never had an issue having any part replaced under warranty which some dealers like to refuse and play silly games. Whether its by email or by phone Gary will answer and deliver. Today was the most surprising visit ever. I went in for an oil change and explained that I would like a tech to look at my rear rotors as I noticed some graining/scoring. As the oil change was done, my rotors were replaced as well free of charge. All this on a 3 year old low mileage car. I did not expect that whatsoever and thank them for this honest and loyal service. It was a sign of a good will gesture. You won't receive that anywhere else. The first and only dealer to email me back immediately that Sunday night was Dave Grittani from Erinwood Ford - you could imagine my excitement after finally finding the vehicle I wanted online that someone was there right away to make it happen. I was invited in to see the vehicle the following day which was awesome. My situation was complicated -I was trading in a 1 year old Mercedes that I had been financing but couldn't afford anymore, Dave and the Erinwood team made it easy for me to get out of my old vehicle and into one that I truly love, not sacrificing anything. My new Fords fit and finish, performance and technology are top notch. Thanks Dave for always answering my many questions and emails at all hours of the day/night.
