He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. Once Orlando knew I was interested in the car, we sat down to talk about the details; he told me the price, and explained the promotion that was also available at the same time, which made the decision to buy even easier. We then went to talk to Bory in Finance Dept to work out all the payment details, again a great experience with out heavy pressure to buy things I did not need or want.
