Again, I walked away, with no follow-up calls from Vivian or pressure to buy a vehicle. Since this was my first car purchase I was nervous and I didn't want to rush into any and Kyle was understanding, he would send me links to cars that just arrived that he thought I was interested in. And eventually I purchased the car. 3 years later I needed a new car and I knew where to go. This time I was served by Orlando, Orlando is amazing. He knew I was a car enthusiast and he only wanted to get me into car that I was passionate about. Since cars that I like are hard to come by I worked with Orlando for about 6 months he was patient through the process and he always provided his expertise and unbiased opinion on the drawbacks of a few cars. After I found a car with Orlando I went for financing with Stewart, financing a car has never been so easy or so fast. If you want to know what customer service is, go to Stewart he is the epitome of perfect customer service, he has honestly set the bar really high. Erinwood ford has been great to me. When it came time to buy the 2nd van there wasn't a question in my mind that I would go back to Mark. Working with him is easy and simple. Mark is the best! Erinwood is the team to beat. I dealt with Mark a few years ago buying a car with a family member. He was a pleasure to work with and consequently my first call to buy the re-emerg I dealt with Mark a few years ago buying a car with a family member. He was a pleasure to work with and consequently my first call to buy the re-emerged 2017 Raptor. Like a true business owner, Mark sincerely cares about his clients and proudly represents Erinwood and Ford. No surprise given his, and his father's, business history. In speaking to Dave, the owner, having a business owner background is a common trait he looks for in his sales people. It shows. On the personal side Mark is also an extremely dynamic individual who cares deeply for his children. This stuff may sound cheesy and is not be a prerequisite for someone I deal with (on a one off basis) but it drives repeat business and builds long-term trust. On my Raptor, I have a friend who is still waiting on his 2017 Raptor (if he gets it at all as he ponders if his dealer is reselling it higher?). I got mine red carpet and on time! From financing to service, Erinwood Ford is infected with the same engagement and industriousness that Mark brings effortlessly.
