Both Joseph, the salesman, and Stewart from the Finance department were very courteous and attentive. They took the time to listen to what we wanted. Joseph even took the time to be there when we picked up our car even though he had just come out of the hospital. He wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly. We are so thankful to Stewart for making things happen. Didn't think that we would get the financing nor get this new car. My husband' and I were losing hope until we walked in at the Auto Mall Clearance Center last Tuesday to check out some cars. Two days later we got a call with good news. I've met Victor Chacon who provided me with great service. No pushing, no gimmicks. I was allowed to test drive the car as long as I needed. Victor gave me some advises that helped to chose options. When I was picking up my car late in the evening, Victor spent almost an hour with me. Helped me connect my phone to the car, explained everything about this car new for me, each lever and button on the dash and in cabin, and made sure I am safe to drive home.
