Excellent experience I was not happy with the service and sales assistance I had received at two different Ford dealers. Mark was highly proficient diligent and professional in his dealing with my company staff and myself. We also had the pleasure of dealing with finance manager Robyn Barrett. These people and this dealer did what it took to ease the pain of leasing and selecting a new vehicle. They made every effort to maximize value within our budget and made us feel like they actually cared about our future business. We got more than we were looking for at a price no one else was willing to match. I highly recommend this dealer and in particular this sales person to anyone. More

Due to my immigration status, it took him lots of communication efforts to finish my deal, but his professionalism is unquestionable. As a customer, I'm really satisfied with his attitude of being considerate for my benefits instead of profits for the business, which makes everything much easier. The first time I walked into his office, he showed me the invoice and explains how their business is based on volume instead of profits. Knowing my plan is just to drive the car for 2-3 years, both Dave and Bory didn't promote any unnecessary warranties. Amazing service and exceptional care. Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. We decided that i should try a dealership closer to my home as i live an hour and a half from Erinwood Ford and it should only take about 15 minutes to fix me up. I first went to Shanahan Ford in Newmarket. What a waste of time that was. They really didn't care that my truck was running in the parking lot and i was concerned with shutting it off for fear of not getting it going. The service writer told me to go to Mcalpine Ford in Aurora. Although i felt they were nice to deal with they didn't have the key blank for the repair and they felt i should have to pay for the key. About $400.00. I spoke to Dave and the service team at Erinwood and what a great experience. They made time and took me right away and fixed everything no charge. Not only did they replace my key but they changed my oil' rotated my tires,and did a multi point inspection on my truck for free. The service writer actually kept mechanics back from lunch so they could get me out faster. What a breath of fresh air. So often people talk about trying to be number one. From first introductions to handing over the keys, Raj was very professional, courteous and friendly. Despite the fact my wife and I were purchasing a lower end used vehicle, we were always treated like our purchase was valued and important to Raj (and Erinwood). Raj was entirely focused on our needs, questions and concerns and always with a leisurely low pressure approach. Raj's detailed methodical approach to process and customer service was much appreciated by us we were surprised he took the time to contact our insurance company to ensure they had all the pertinent information they required. It was a terrific shopping experience. Raj and fellow associates (tip of the hat for John Isaac) made taking our money less painful. Well done Raj and the Erinwood Ford team. I first came to Erinwood in 2016, to assist my twin sons with their first new car purchases, first in June 2016 (purchased a new 2016 Mustang V6 and then a new 2016 F150 in October 2016). Martin Menzies was the salesman who assisted us and his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness made their new car purchase experience a positive and memorable one that they'll never forget (they are still in contact with him on FB). I then came back in March 2017 and purchased a new 2017 Mustang convertible GT with the PP. I'm very demanding, and perhaps a little high maintenance, but Martin went over and above to make this journey a positive and memorable one as well. My sons have had their first maintenance services at Erinwood, and the service dept is outstanding as well. I will definitely be back when the wife is in the market for a new car, These guys definitely will not disappoint.
