Martin answered my call and give me a best in town quote in 5 minutes. I turned to Erinwood next day, and had the deal done. The pick up process took a bit time, but Martin is there and helped resolve everything. I do appreciate the result-driven attitude, and cut the bush selling strategy. Finally got my hot hatch! I've been wanting a Focus ST for the past 5 years. I booked an appointment online with Dave Grittani who was very professional online and answered many of my questions. When I arrived Saturday to test drive my car, Dave was not available due to a family emergency. Dave had recommended Victor C to me in his place. Victor was amazing. Had a great laugh, loved to joke around and allowed me to test drive the car alone so I wouldn't be so nervous beside a salesperson. Victor was never pressuring, was a great listener and a great salesperson. He saw how much I really wanted this car and worked as best as possible to help me get it. It was great experience. Nick Palalas (Nick the Greek) evaluated my trade in and was the funniest guy you could meet. We spoke at length about numerous travel experiences and I was amazed at his wealth of knowledge. I will definitely take his travel recommendations. Carol was not pushy, she was very helpful and was very upfront. Usually the finance part is the really painful one but definitely not this time. Dave emailed me after the sale to see how it went and congratulated me on the purchase. I really appreciated that part, he was not a part of the sale but still showed concern and praise. He was so helpful with all the questions I had and really helped me make the right decision for the line of work I am in. He really went out of his way to help me anyway he could through the entire process! He was never pushy with any decisions I had to make which I also value. Even after I purchased the car he took time out of his day to get my car hooked up to my phone to make sure it was good to go as soon as I drove off the lot! His little touches to his customer service, like opening the door always for you, and brining you tea or water as you fill out paper work are so deeply appreciated. You can’t help but leave the dealership feeling confident and happier after dealing with such a lovely person! The entire staff at this location are just so positive and happy!
