Talking over the phone with Habib, he gave me more information about the car and emailed some details. He sounded very friendly and easy talk to, as well as professional. We made our offer. At the second return call, Habib after consultation with his Director of Sales and Marketing Nick Palalas accepted our offer. Then we decided to drive from London to Mississauga just to buy the car. On our arrival, we were immediately greeted by Habib just outside of Erinwood Ford building. He was simply waiting for us. From the moment we arrived, it confirmed my first good impression about him, when I talked over the phone. Habib is amazing person to deal with. He is very honest, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and always willing to extend himself beyond and above his outstanding service. He is ready to answer every questions and provide more information, when it needed. We never felt pressured or rushed. Habib and Nick were most patient people we dealt with. It was very positive experience to buy the car and we are so far very happy with our new ride. Above and beyond...again! I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. H I purchased a 2018 F150 from Addy in February, my second F150 from Erinwood. Last week, I contacted Addy with a simple question about the warranty. He dug deeper into my inquiry and when he found out I was having an electrical issue, he arranged the service appointment on my behalf for 2 days later, much sooner than I was able to arrange on my own. He also arranged and paid for me to have an F150 as a rental and told me to call him if I had any issues on the day of service...even though it was his day off! A sales person arranging my service appointment-- wow! I can't say enough good things about Addy and Erinwood. Thank you, once again, for all of your help and for exceeding my expectations. More
