Absolutely NO question or request went unanswered. Even Dominika, who was not my primary contact (it was Eric), answered several of my questions. She even came outside to greet me and was genuinely excited and happy for me when picking up my new RC 350 AWD. Such sincerity is hard to find at most of today's businesses. All the staff is knowledgeable, extremely personable and quite patient. Instead of "selling" me a vehicle, Mike and Eric worked very hard to help me decide what is the best purchase for me and my situation. Called Sid on Friday morning to accomodate my vehicle for brake replacement which usualy takes four to five hours , despite of his booked schedule Sid made sure my vehicle is worked on and delivered back to me on the same day before 5 P.M., Scott received my vehicle in a very friendly manner ,explained to me the work that needed to be done and also the charges i will be anticipating.
