He even assured me of offering discount on future services pertaining to brakes, battery replacement etc. In fact, he did only those services that were required and did not display a propensity of doing unnecessary services which is not an uncommon practice in the auto service sector. Judy was very courteous and escorted me to my car at the time of my leaving. She even called me today to check if everything was satisfactory with my car. More
