Poor communication, worse organization. After buying our used vehicle, we needed to bring it back to service for some minor repairs that should have been done before the vehicle was sold (no After buying our used vehicle, we needed to bring it back to service for some minor repairs that should have been done before the vehicle was sold (not a big issue). We booked the repairs for a friday and went in to drop off our van. When we arrived, we were told that our appointment was on Monday. I challanged that, and was told that they were sorry, but the tech that was supposed to do our repairs wasnt there that day. When I asked why no one told us, I was told that they just found out that morning (this was at about 10am, they open at 7am). I was then told that the tech was at a scheduled course. They scheduled the only person that could do our repairs without changing our appointment. The service coordinator found out that morning, and did nothing with that information until we got there. I took the morning off work to bring the vehicle in. Brought my wife and kids there, all for nothing. If we were paying for the repairs, there is no way I would have gone back. The finance manager ran my credit without my consent, when my wife was buying the vehicle. He also spammed her out to several financial institutions, which did damage to her credit score. More
