Was given the truck without detailing and told that the following week I could bring in the truck and they would switch out the seats and detail the truck. I brought the truck in, they gave me a courtesy car. The first seats did not fit, the second set was the wrong color, and we are now waiting on the 3rd set of seats...sadly I have been without my new truck for over a week. I have already seen the first payment come out of my bank account, but no truck for me. ooopppsss sorry in an email is all I get, ya no this is not acceptable and I will never purchase from eastside again.
