Out of the blue East side dodge (Darin Collins) contacted me as an existing client stating he could get me a better interest rate on my loan if I was Out of the blue East side dodge (Darin Collins) contacted me as an existing client stating he could get me a better interest rate on my loan if I was interested which I definitely was especially since I had already been toying with the idea of a different vehicle and was paying a CRAZY interest rate on my existing vehicle. I was skeptical upon my initial meeting, because when you have less than perfect credit, in my experience, you are treated differently almost like a guilty until proven innocent. This experience was not like that at all, not only was I treated with respect, from the moment I said hello, but I felt like Darin understood my situation and wanted to help me. The finance team were great and worked very quickly, taking the time to discuss my situation and providing helpful tips to build my credit going forward. After 4 days, from start to finish, I was able to drive away in my awesome "new to me" Jeep with an interest rate at almost half of what I was initially at!!! I would recommend anyone to go to East Side Dodge and I am sure if you ask for Darin, you will not be disappointed! :-) More

That being said, he provided his cell number and responded to my questions during his time off, which I really appreciated. I have two recommendations for the dealer: 1. I would rather speak directly to the person who negotiates offers instead of having the sales person run back and forth. 2. I would like more upfront information about total costs (hidden fees & maintenance costs) as this is significant information for most people. The maintenance cost schedule was never provided. This is my first Jeep and I am both excited/anxious to see how the vehicle works out and also the standard of service. Thank you Jake, you were great! Derek was also friendly, but obviously busy and rushed at times. I guess its the nature of the beast. More
