Not impressed with adam tubman at all we are writing this review after our second visit to the service centre. our first visit was to install four new tires and get a 45 point inspection we are writing this review after our second visit to the service centre. our first visit was to install four new tires and get a 45 point inspection which was recommended by adam tubman when i told him our oil seemed to be low the last two oil changes. he also told us there was a recall on the ignition and that would be replaced as well which was fine. the tire man howard was great, he explained why we needed to replace all the tires at the same time etc. the wait time for this service was about 3 hours which was not too bad. when the service was complete adam tubman called through the service window to tell me my vehicle was ready. he was gone before i got there and the cashier processed my payment and i left. i got in the truck and found an inspection report sitting on my passenger seat and when i turned on my vehicle, the washer fluid low signal came on and i was surprised because i knew it was empty but it said on the receipt that topping up the washer fluid was included in the inspection. when i got home i looked at the inspection report and there were a few issues that should have been discussed. adam tubman did not go over this report with me at all. the second visit was because our vehicle wouldn't start. we had it towed to the shop and had left the keys in the drop box. they called us the next morning at 7:30 and the person who called us said they would get adam tubman to call us back because he was the last person to deal with us. i think that was our first mistake right there but we needed to get the vehicle fixed so my husband told him that he thought it might be the ignition that was installed last time but adam tubman said no that was not it but that we should TRY changing the battery first and see if that worked. my husband agreed and they said it would be ready early afternoon because we didn't have an appointment. (it must take maybe 1/2 hour to change the battery ?) by 2:30 they had not called so my husband called and adam tubman said oh yeah, its ready. my husband told him that he wanted to discuss the previous inspection report and that he was on his way and adam tubman said okay. when my husband got there adam tubman was gone to an appointment. the young man who went over the report was very helpful and put our worries at ease. we used this service centre when we first got our vehicle and ended up leaving because they didn't do what they said they were going to do. we gave them this chance again to redeem themselves but unfortunately we ended up with adam tubman to deal with which causes us to not want to come back here again. More

Couldn't be happier I had been looking around the Internet for a BMW for awhile and finally I found one at Eastside dodge. I wasn't able to get out to the dealership unti I had been looking around the Internet for a BMW for awhile and finally I found one at Eastside dodge. I wasn't able to get out to the dealership until the next week. We were able to negotiate the deal over the phone and hold the vehicle for me. I was very happy dealing with Matt Whitford as he was very honest with me and my trade in and we reached the numbers I was looking for. All in all a great buying experience and I highly recommend Matt and his team. More
