I didn't feel pressured at all. He went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. I briefly dealt with Alex and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The finance guy, Mike, was very knowledgeable and taught my husband and I a few things we had no idea about and didn't make us feel stupid which was not the case at another dealership we dealt with in the past.
