Relaxed, knowledgeable, no pressure, professional,friendly I was not an Eastside client when I came into the dealership. I had a number of very difficult and emergent situations with a vehicle in the past tha I was not an Eastside client when I came into the dealership. I came to her to get a recommendation for assistance in renewing a lease. Karen recommended Derek Pheasley. Derek was a friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable salesperson that did not exert any pressure to buy but made every effort to make it easy for me to buy within the limits that I had. horrible don't ever go to this dealership they are terrible the service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. The customer service is even worse. I bought my used vehicle from there they told me I had front to back coverage and within the first 3 months I had a huge shake in the steering wheel so I took it in. They said I had warped roters. They told me they would fix them and did but within a couple months they were shaking again. I took it in again and they told me that they were warped again. They then told me that they are not covered on my warranty. I said they told me that everything was covered on my warranty from front to back even my wipers. They said nope they are a wearable part they are not covered. They put it in the shop and charged me $125 to to look at it. They then told me they would trade out my vehicle because of all the issues and were not able to get me another loan sop left me outside with 2 small kids in a severe snow storm and told me to have someone come get me because the shop was closed so I couldn't take my vehicle. I also had to have my stereo system replaced and they replaced it as per there employees with a refurbished one. I said no I want new I bought warranty for new and they said no Dodge does not put new in only refurbished. I have only had the vehicle for 3 years and only put 40 thousand km on it. I should never have had this many issues on a newer vehicle with low km. I would never recommend going to this dealership. I have been in and traded it in today and will never have anything to do with them again More
