Both experiences were uncommon, I think, in the vehicle sales world, as all of the people at th This was my second new vehicle purchase from Eastside. Both experiences were uncommon, I think, in the vehicle sales world, as all of the people at the dealership really seemed to care about my best interests, and not in making the sale. This time, I thought I was looking for something to tow a camping trailer and Jake took the time to understand what I really was looking for, and yes, did upsell me a bit, but the Jeep I did eventually get is the one that most perfectly fit all my needs (and a few wants, too). For me, the one-on-one relationships that all the staff at Eastside, from Sales, Service, Parts, the kind gentleman who guides customer's cars in to the service bay lanes, the front desk ladies with welcoming smiles, and the ladies at the service desk who happily and professionally give me the transit tokens when my vehicle needed servicing. Each of these good people show real caring about providing what I need and what I want, in the best way possible. It somehow feels more like a small community than a big dealership. More

dodge ram 2015 we bought a dodge ram in 2015 from eastside dodge and had nothing but problems with it.This company does not stand by there word. Service dept are terrible especially when shane the service manager tells you there is a lot he could tell you about the ram trucks.Also alexandra brayne told us to get a second opinion on our ongoing problem as the service dept here are terrible.The service manager sean also heard the ticking himself but just like i said they all are out for the money.Dont buy nothing from eastside dodge as you will be sorry.Never again. Terrible service More
