Our rep, Domenic Bertucci was excited, enthusiastic and confident from the moment I met him. He was shocked to hear how long we had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler and guaranteed that I would not leave the dealership without purchasing my dream vehicle that day, and I did. The team at Downsview Chrysler is honest, straightforward and accommodating. This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and they not only made it extremely easy, they made it exciting! Once the deal was done, Manager, John Guppy, took the time to meet me, shake my hand and express his excitement for our new purchase - truly the icing on the cake. Furthermore, we received constant updates from Domenic regarding the ETA of our vehicle from the factory and he always called when he said he would. I also wanted all the 'bells and whistles, sun roof etc. I tested a few cars. A Mercedes (no towing capacity and old technology), a Lexus Hybrid (expensive, limited towing capacity very good features) Toyota Hybrid (almost as expensive as the Lexus) In Downsview Chrysler, where I bought cars many many times before, they listened. The car recommended for me was the Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. It answered all the questions and had all the features that I asked for and many more I did not expect.All the latest electronics where there including a self parking features, lane change alert etc. It had all the latest features any of the other cars may have and yet cost less. However, the most important reason (other than the fact that the car answered all my needs and was reasonably priced and greatly financed) was the fact that I felt I was listened to and that an effort was made to match me with the best fit. There was no sales pressure or back and forth games. Maybe the good people who work there is why I keep coming to Downsview Chrysler. More

I was amazed by the fast response and the willingness of Jacob to remedy the situation (which it turns-out was never his dealership's problem from the beginning!). I can only say that I received far better service in the three emails I exchanged with Jacob, than I had (in total) from the dealings at the 'other' dealership. Let me say this: if you are in North York, and looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/RAM - just go to this dealership (and avoid the neighbourhood choice) and save yourself the hassle. More

First thing I noticed was this huge display of Cars (New and Used) and the friendly staff. Then this “Bell” that kept on ringing and was told that another car sale was made again. Great! Perhaps, we finally found a nice car dealership to get our new car. This nice lady with a smile offered to assist and showed a couple of new cars, the Renegade and Cherokee. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and financing. We truly appreciate her patience for showing and explaining the details of the cars. After doing some research on the car my wife and I wanted online, we drove over to get a first-hand look at the 200. Sayed Sadat came out to greet us...and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very start. No pressure, and very ready with information, or answers to our questions. After doing the test drive, we knew we wanted a Chrysler 200 Limited, but they didn't have the colour we wanted at the lot. While getting together all the paperwork(which was another very quick and pleasing experience), Sayed did a search to see if he could find any available inventory close by of our car. There weren't any, but what he did next really impressed us. Instead of having us wait a week or two to get one delivered, he drove to Windsor to pick one up, that was factory-fresh...and drove it back to Toronto. The car was prepped and ready for us within a day, so after finishing all the paperwork(which was again a very pleasant experience- Even the financing people and everyone in the showroom were so nice!), Sayed went out and helped me put the plates on our new car. First-class customer service from start to finish! Looking forward to seeing if the great experience carries over into our servicing needs! More
