Lousy experience /changed the agreed upon price Signed the new vehicle purchase agreement with an agreed amount due on delivery. I had the bank write up a cert. cheque based on what I had signed. Great Sales People, awful Senior Service Manager. Had my car in for a oil change and had a recommended tire rotation done. Brought the car home and my husband noticed that same night that 3 of the r Had my car in for a oil change and had a recommended tire rotation done. Brought the car home and my husband noticed that same night that 3 of the rims were chipped and scratched. I called the dealership that night and returned the next day where I was told by Michael David that it was old damage. I told him that the car only has 7500 Kms, that my husband cleans those rims every few days and the damage happened at his shop. He insisted it was old damage, so I asked to speak to the service manager Ed ( nice man) . He had Micheal take pictures of the rims and a agreement was made to change them at no cost. Today when I went to pickup my car after the rims had been changed , I first looked at the rims before going into to see Michael. I told Michael that everything looked good and he replied "well let's look together I don't want you going home and then calling tonight saying your husband found more damage." Then as I was taking my leave I said "see you in six months" and he said " is that a threat or promise" . I did not appreciate his flippery and rudeness. Unless it is something under warranty I won't be going here again first of all the rims should not have been damaged and Michael could have handled it in more professional manner. Besides this, on another occasion I was told by one of their own machenics , why would I buy a Chysler as they are not well made and that he would never buy one. With this kind of attitude is there any wonder that damage was made at this shop. More

With him, buying a car is more like a good meal - has its rituals, it's never rushed (how does he manage to get his sales numbers, I will never know) and ends with a cup of espresso. Our family and friends have a history of buying our cars from these gentlemen because of their exceptional service and a trusting relationship. They went above and beyond making the transaction quite pleasant. Without hesitation, they pulled the doors of the showroom open and maneuvered the Jeep Compass out immediately for my mother in law to test drive. She loved it and bought it on the spot with a great price point. The paperwork was easy, the explanations were thorough, the preparation of the vehicle was speedy and the followup communication was incredible.
